ooh. I like them all. I think Natalie and Katherine sound the best with Joseph, but I'm partial to old-fashioned girls names.
Moya's also a nice version on that theme.
Amelia is getting super common. How about Marin? It's an unusual M name. :) Nora is nice too, but I like it spelled Norah.
I actually like Moira, but I think it would give her a lifetime of having to explain to people how to say her name. I have a friend "mauren" (like lauren but with an m). I think that is what "e" was also suggesting. My favorite girl name was "colette" but DH completely vetoed that one. Since I'll never get to use it, someone might as well! :)
