A friend pointed me to this, and I thought it was great (even though I only got through like 20 or so before Joseph wanted to play with the computer).

I wish I could have breast fed for more than a month; it broke my heart when I dried up & couldn't get it back!!

While I think some of the statements are true, some of them are just myths, not all the statements have been proven, such as breastfed babies being more intelligent.

Good article though.
